About Leslie Mercado
Leslie Mercado is the Founder and President of Infinity Concrete & Masonry LLC. What began over a decade ago with a four thousand dollar investment from her grandmother and a determination to build something of her own has grown into a respected commercial concrete and masonry company serving clients throughout Florida.
With more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Leslie has worked her way through nearly every aspect of the business, from project administration and estimating to operations, project management, and executive leadership. Under her guidance, Infinity Concrete & Masonry has evolved from a labor-only operation into a full-service turnkey contractor specializing in structural concrete, masonry, post-tension slabs, elevator shafts, stair towers, foundations, and large-scale commercial developments.
As a WMBE business owner, Leslie has built Infinity on a foundation of hard work, accountability, and financial discipline. The company remains proudly self-funded, with growth driven by strong client relationships, repeat business, and a commitment to delivering quality work safely and on schedule.
Today, Leslie continues to lead the company's day-to-day operations, overseeing estimating, project management, client relations, and strategic growth while maintaining the hands-on approach that has been instrumental to Infinity's success. Her journey reflects the determination, resilience, and entrepreneurial spirit that continues to drive the company forward.

About Jordan Heredia
Jordan Heredia began his career in construction at just 19 years old, starting as a laborer and working his way up through the field by learning every aspect of the business firsthand. Today, Jordan serves as a leader at Infinity Concrete & Masonry helping oversee operations, project execution, scheduling coordination, logistics, and field management across multiple commercial projects throughout Florida .Through hard work, determination, and hands-on experience, Jordan has grown into a key part of the company’s success and expansion. He played a major role in bringing post-tension (PT) slab systems into the company’s scope of work, helping Infinity Concrete & Masonry expand its capabilities and compete on larger, more complex commercial projects .Known for his strong work ethic, field knowledge, and problem-solving mindset, Jordan works closely with crews, superintendents, suppliers, and project teams to keep projects moving efficiently and safely. Having grown with the company from the ground level, Jordan represents the next generation of leadership at Infinity Concrete & Masonry, combining practical field experience with a forward-thinking approach to growth and operations.
Miguel Sigurani
Operations Director
About Miguel Sigurani
Miguel Sigurani serves as Director of Operations for Infinity Concrete & Masonry and has been a key part of the company’s growth and success for the past 9 years. With more than 35 years of construction experience, Miguel began his career in South Florida as a laborer and worked his way up through the masonry trade, eventually becoming a mason and later a field foreman. His hands-on experience and deep understanding of masonry construction have made him an essential leader within the company. Miguel originally joined Infinity Concrete & Masonry as a foreman, leading the company’s in-house masonry crews on commercial projects throughout Florida. Through years of dedication, leadership, and consistent performance, he advanced into his current role as Director of Operations. Today, Miguel oversees masonry operations, subcontractor coordination, field production, project execution, and construction logistics. He works closely with project managers, superintendents, crews, and clients to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards .Known for his field knowledge, leadership, and ability to solve problems under pressure, Miguel plays a critical role in maintaining the quality and reputation that Infinity Concrete & Masonry is known for.
